Airtable

Airtable keeps your operational data in bases and tables. In FinityAi, connect with Quick connect first, with personal access token fallback when needed.

Connect in FinityAi

Open Integrations → Airtable, use Quick connect, then turn on Tools in the assistant when you want record-aware workflows. Manual PAT entry remains available in the same setup screen.

  • “List my Airtable bases.”
  • “For base app123..., list tables and key fields so I can map the schema.”
  • “Find records in the Leads table where Status is New.”
  • “Create a lead record with name, company, and source.”

Privacy

Credentials are stored for your account and used only when tools run. Keep scopes minimal and rotate/revoke in Airtable if access changes.
