Finity Runables
Updated May 14, 2026 · FinityAi
Finity Runables runs the same hosted assistant on a schedule you define—once per day or on chosen weekdays, in the time zone you pick. You describe what should happen each time; optionally we can message you (for example on Telegram) with the result.
Turn it on
In the product, go to Integrations → Finity Runables and switch on Finity Runables for my account. You can turn it off anytime; existing schedules stay until you delete them in Runables.
Runables app
After it's enabled, open Runables under Finity Workspace (or use Open Runables from the integration page). Create a runable with a short optional name and a clear task the assistant should perform each time. Use Improve the task to tighten wording—this uses the same AI access as chat.
How many schedules you can keep depends on your workspace plan (free accounts have a lower cap than paid workspaces). The Runables app header shows how many you have saved out of your current maximum.
Timing and delivery
Set time zone, daily or weekly cadence, weekdays when weekly, and the local clock time for the run. Under delivery, you can send results to a linked Telegram account when that integration is connected—the job still runs if you leave delivery off; check last run status in the app.
If a run does not appear
Scheduled runs are handled by FinityAi's hosted service. If a saved schedule does not run as expected, check that the runable is enabled and ask your administrator or support to review the account.
Assistant and tools
Runables execute the assistant with your workspace context; what it can do still follows your model and tool settings. For chat behavior, tools, and connected apps, see the Assistant guide.
