FAQ — no fluff edition
Hosted assistant, capabilities, safety, rollout—plain language here; Privacy Policy and Terms stay authoritative.
What is FAi?+
Fully hosted personal AI at finitybot.ai: streaming assistant, optional tools on your connected apps, chat from Slack, Discord, Telegram, or Signal, and team workspaces—no servers for you to run.
Who is FAi for?+
Anyone who wants delegated execution inside real workflows—not a throwaway chat tab. Founders, ops, and engineering teams adopt fast once integrations are on and they trust the hosted boundary.
How do integrations work?+
You enable connectors from the integrations directory, complete each provider’s short setup (often a sign-in or a pasted key from their admin screen), then turn tools on in the assistant when you are ready. See the Integrations page and in-app guides for specifics.
Is my data used to train public models?+
We do not use your team’s content to train public models for others. Exact wording lives in the Privacy Policy—share it with your legal or security contact if needed.
Can I self-host?+
FAi is built and operated as a fully managed cloud service—no local install required. Enterprise customers can discuss advanced deployment and security needs with us; default value is fastest time-to-value on our hosted stack.
How does pricing work?+
You can start individually and grow into team usage. Commercial terms may include usage-based components—see the Pricing page and your order form.
Where do I get support?+
Start with this FAQ and the Resources hub. For account-specific issues, email hello@finitybot.ai or use the contact channel your administrator provides.
