Rolling out an AI workspace assistant your team will actually use
Updated 2026 · FAi
Personal chatbots fail when they sit next to work instead of inside it. FAi is a fully hosted workspace assistant at finitybot.ai: one surface for streaming answers, optional tools, and integrations with systems such as Notion, Discord, and Obsidian—without asking your team to self-host agents or wire infrastructure.
Start with a bounded pilot
Pick a single team that already collaborates in chat or docs. Give them accounts, enable one integration at a time, and publish three internal example prompts that reflect real tasks (status updates, research summaries, meeting prep).
Teach prompt habits, not magic spells
The assistant works best when users specify goal, audience, and constraints. Encourage teammates to paste relevant excerpts (or rely on integrations) instead of asking overly broad questions.
Align integrations with policy
Every connector increases capability and surface area. Review what each integration can read or do, document it in your internal wiki, and pair rollout with the Security overview.
Measure adoption with usage signals
Usage and activity views help managers coach teams toward efficient use. Combine quantitative signals with qualitative feedback from your pilot.
Expand deliberately
After the pilot, widen access by business unit or geography. Maintain a single owner for integration credentials and keep a changelog of what is enabled.
